Print quality:	Print quality can be used for all printed material, like brochures, newspapers, magazines, etc. The format is TIFF/JPEG, CMYK/RGB Colours and 300 dpi. Please note that when you download a photo with CMYK colors the image will not be visible unless you have the program needed to download it.
Screen quality:	Screen quality is for use in documents that are printed in-house e.g. Power-Point Presentations. The format is JPEG, RGB Colours and 150 dpi.
Web Quality:	Web quality is for use on screen, e.g. web-pages. The format is JPEG/GIF, RGB Colours and 72 dpi.

If you would like to send any photos in the database, below are the steps how to send photos via e-mail:

• Choose the photos you want to send to somebody by ticking off the small box, top left
• Press ‘Send’ at the bottom of the page
• Fill in e-mail address to and from
• Retype the ‘Code pic’ in the code field/box. (The reason for this procedure is to avoid spam).
• Fill in optional ‘Subject’ and ‘Message’
• Press ‘Send’ and a mail with links to the selected photos will be sent to the receiver. The receiver can then choose to download print, screen or web version of the photo(s).
